The Small Print

The small print may be tedious but I do ask that you read it through. It is designed so that we all know where we stand.

There are 4 sections:

  1. Bookings & Payments

  2. Health & Wellbeing

  3. Your Data & Privacy

  4. Equality of opportunity

  1. Bookings & Payments

    • By making a booking for a one-to-one session, couples session, workshop or retreat, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out below.

    1. Session Fees

      • Please pay the agreed fee prior to your session or event. You can pay online when you book or using the Pay button in the reminder emails. If you want to pay by BACS transfer please ask me for my bank details.

      • In the event of cancellation and Non attendance please see below:

      • Up to 24 hours notice - I will refund you the fee paid or this can be used for another date.

      • Less that 24 hours notice or for non-attendance: 100% of the full session fee is due and I will not refund that except in exceptional circumstances.

    2. Workshop or Retreat Fees

      • Workshop or Retreat fees can be paid in full at the time of booking or through an agreed payment plan.

      • Payment plans are available on request and will be designed to ensure that the full balance has been paid before the workshop, school or retreat begins.

      • If this work is calling you yet is beyond your means, talk to me. If possible, I will always find a way to help!

    3. Cancellation Terms and Conditions

      • For our workshops and residential retreats the deposit will usually be non-refundable unless there is a person on a waiting list who can take your place or you can find a suitable replacement to fill the place, in which case we will refund your deposit or transfer it to another workshop or event.

      • For our workshops and retreats, in the event of cancellation up to two weeks prior, we will refund your deposit or transfer it to another event less a £20 admin charge.

  2. Health & Wellbeing

    • You are responsible at all times for your own health & wellbeing. It is your responsibility to inform me of any mental, emotional or physical health problems or disabilities that may be relevant to our work together.

  3. Privacy Policy

    • I will hold in a database your name, address, contact details and details of the sessions, workshops, or retreats you attend. All such data will be collected and transmitted securely using encrypted (https) connections.

    • I will use this data to stay in touch with you from time to time to inform you of upcoming events. I hate junk mail and promise not to bombard you with emails.

    • I will never sell or distribute your details to anyone else.

    • If at any time you want to see what data we hold about you, you want to update your details, or you want to be removed from my database, contact me about this here.

  4. Equality of Opportunity

    • I respect peoples right to be who they are and I celebrate diversity and difference. I will not discriminate based on any arbitrary grouping made on the basis of race, colour, religious or spiritual beliefs, sexual orientation, class, education, ability, and I'm sure there are other categorisations that have been missed.

    • We are all humans being and in my work I encourage and promote tolerance, interest and curiosity of difference rather than rejection, alienation and division.

    • Having said that, I reserve the right to only take on people I deem suitable for this work - If for any reason I choose not to work with you or feel I can’t best serve your needs, then I will do my best to signpost you to someone else.
